Live Monitoring of all Assignments, Staff and Check Calls

Client call schedules are monitored by controllers taking agreed action in the event of any call not being received to prevent customer dissatisfaction in the event of late or absent staff and also providing legally required health a safety monitoring of both site and supervisory staff when working alone.

Automated Scheduling and Rostering Checking

Clients can define a more often than not schedule for assignments that the system will continue to populate automatically only alerting you when an issue is detected, employee on holiday, training certificate expiring etc. The process of rostering your assignments therefore becomes a far less time consuming undertaking.

Individual Instructions for Each and Every Assignment

Clients can define instructions globally or on an assignment by assignment basis selecting different check call schedules or late arrival tolerances and escalation to suit any specific client

Alarm Activation Receipt and Notification

Gallinet's control room will be your first keyholder ensuring that calls reporting alarm activations are answered promptly and the information is recorded accurately. They will then notify your response officer providing additional details regarding the assignment as he may require.

Fully Audited Records of all Events and Incidents

Our systems record all calls received by date, time and CLI detail. All actions taken by controllers are recorded in a non-editable incident log available to our clients 24 hours a day in real time via our secure web server.

Client On-Line Access to Schedule Systems

Our clients have on-line access to our scheduling, monitoring and reporting systems providing many tools to assist all departments.

Smart Phone or PDA Access

Clients or their supervisors or management staff can use web enabled phones and PDA's to access Gallinet systems and either make changes to rosters or check on the status of officers on duty without the need to return to the office.

Management Information and Incident Reporting

All activities are fully reported from check calls received or missed, payroll and invoice information, personal and assignment records, staff holidays and sickness, staff qualifications and training records. All departments authorised by the client can have access to these records via our on-line systems. The clients of our clients can have access also restricted to your requirements.

Independent and Unbiased Reporting

Our controllers do not share a common employer with the staff they are monitoring and therefore are free from the pressures and influences that perhaps in-house staff feel upon them. This ensures that the facts are reported as they actually are, good or bad. Our clients benefit from a wholly truthful and accurate picture of their operations enabling them to meet their own contractual obligations and just as importantly, to know when they are not.

Central Reporting

Gallinet's control and information room provides a central hub for the reporting of incidents occurring on assignments. Managers have on-line and real-time access to the incident log ensuring that they are fully aware of any events having occurred before they receive that call from the client.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Protection 

As our systems are duplicated in several different geographical locations we are protected from power loss, floods, and other events that would cripple most other businesses. As our clients can access our services and their records from any internet connected PC they are also not reliant on their normal base of operations and therefore achieve a level of business continuity protection that would normally require a considerable financial investment to achieve.
