Add Escalation / Details Information

To add information:

Open the Schedule application

Select the Location Data option displayed on the left of the window

Select the required location from the location list displayed

Select the Escalation tab displayed at the top of the window

Enter the required information in the Key Holder and Escalation Procedure boxes

Click on the ‘Save’ button to store the data.
