Adding a Role

Click on the Role Name field and enter the name for your role.

Select the organisational unit from the Permission For drop down list.

Click on the ‘Save button to store your new record.

Select the option/s from the ‘Functions that are NOT permitted’ table in the middle of the window.

Click the ‘Add’ button. The selected options will be moved into the ‘Functions that are permitted’ table on the right of the window.

Repeat as necessary.
