Adding Document Types
Open the Administration Module.
Select Static Data from the left hand menu
Select the Document Types tab displayed at the top of the window.
The Document Types window will be displayed.
Any existing Document Type will also be displayed in the Document Types box on the left of the window.
To create a new Document Type, click on the ‘New’ button.
Enter the name you wish to use.
Indicate whether the Document Type will be enabled for Location, Employee or both by ticking next to each.
Once you have input the required data, click on the ‘Save’ button to store your new record.
