Amending Employee Data

Open the Schedule Application.

Select the Employee Data tab.

Select the required employee from the list displayed to the left of the window.

Next select the tab at the top of the window for the data to be updated.

 

Employee Details

Amend the data as required

Click on the ‘Save’ button.  Your amended data will be saved.

 

Employee HR

Amend the data as required

Click on the ‘Save’ button.  Your amended data will be saved.

 

Employee Holidays

If you wish to modify the latest record, modify the Entitled Days and Carried Forward Days fields as required.

NB        You can only make changes to the latest record.

Click on the ‘Save’ button, your modified record will be saved and displayed in the table.

If you wish to create a new record for the next entitlement period, click on the ‘New’ button.

Modify the Entitled Days and Carried Forward Days fields if necessary.

Click on the ‘Save’ button, your new record will be saved and displayed in the table.

 

Employee Sickness

If you wish to modify the latest record, modify the Entitled Days field as required.

NB        You can only make changes to the latest record.

Click on the ‘Save’ button, your modified record will be saved and displayed in the table.

If you wish to create a new record for the next entitlement period, click on the ‘New’ button.

Modify the Entitled Days field if necessary.

Click on the ‘Save’ button, your new record will be saved and displayed in the table.

 

Employee Terms

If you wish to change the latest record, modify the Start Date and Terms fields as required.

NB        You can only make changes to the latest record.

Click on the ‘Save’ button.  The modified record will be saved and displayed in the table.

If you wish to add a new record to reflect a change in the employee’s employment, click on the ‘New’ button.

Enter the start date to reflect when the change will occur.

Select the correct Terms from the drop down list.

Click on the ‘Save’ button.

The new record will be saved and displayed in the table.

 

Employee Qualifications

Add or delete qualifications as required.

 

Employee Locations

Add or delete Location qualifications as required.
