Adding Branches

Within the branch details window there is a contacts register that can be used to record your client(s) contact details.

Records can be created with either an Email address or Telephone number as the contact method and contacts can be marked as Primary if so required.

Contacts can also be removed by un-ticking the "Is Active" check.

In addition to client contacts there are also two special contact types that can be defined:

Email Messaging - a contact assigned to this category will cause any outbound emails generated to use the defined address as the Reply-To address when viewed by the recipient.

Control Room Contact - a contact assigned to this category will cause any employee using the Call Control function in TelMe to call the number defined here.

Existing contacts can be selected from the list at the bottom of the screen, this will populate the main entry fields with the current saved values, these can then be changed and pressing Update will save the record.

New contacts can be added by clicking the Add button.
