Broadcast Available Single Duty

The Broadcast feature enables unallocated duties to be broadcast to a list of employees who have TelMe access.

Via the Android or iOS TelMe app, employees can register their interest in duties that they have been broadcast as being available to be worked.

 

The Save and Broadcast button can be found in

Schedule -> By Location -> Create

Schedule -> By Employee -> Create

 

This section details how to broadcast a single duty as being available.

1.To create a duty to be broadcast to staff as being available:

2.Select a blank cell within schedule view and click create.

3.Selected duty type.

4.Select duty times.

5.Do not allocate an employee to the duty, leave the allocation blank or click Do Not Allocate An Employee.

6.Easy PayBill settings can be set as required. (Note you may not see this step if you do not have the required permissions.)

7.The Save and Broadcast button is now available and should be clicked to commence the broadcast selection process.

8.A list of employees is presented allowing us to select those that will receive the duty broadcast.

9.All or selected employees can be highlighted and then clicking the Add button will complete the selection.

10. Once the selected employees have been added to the list click broadcast.

11. The schedule screen and the duty we selected is now marked with a B in the cell to indicate that the duty has been broadcast.
