An existing user account password can be changed from within the administration - security controls.

Click “Change Password”
Enter your existing password in the Current Password field.
Enter your new password in the New Password field
Enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
Click on the ‘OK’ button to save your new password.
The minimum length of your password and the minimum number of special characters required are set within the database as part of the application setup.
If the passwords entered in the New Password and Confirm Password field do not match an asterisk ‘*’ will be displayed to the right of the Confirm Password field.
If you click the ‘OK’ button, the following error will be displayed.
If you enter your existing password in the New and Confirm password field, an asterisk will be displayed against each field.
If you click the ‘OK’ button, the following error message will be displayed.
