If the CLI (Caller Line Identification) behaviour has been set to Reject in the Schedule application and the officer makes a call from an invalid number, the Location name cell colour will change to amber.

This provides a visible indication that the officer has made a call but from an incorrect number.

 

The details of the invalid telephone number can be displayed using the Escalate function where the details will be displayed in the Call Audit box or the Event Info window where the details will be displayed in the Audit tab.
