Open the Work Monitor application. The WorkMonitor window will be displayed.
The ‘Active Incidents’ counter will be displayed on the right of the window, under the button bar, this counter will display the number of incidents that are current.

Incidents can be created by clicking on the ‘Incident’ button or by clicking on the Active Incident counter.
New incidents can also be created by clicking on the ‘New’ button displayed in the View Incident window.
