Deleting CallTaker Messages
Open the Administration Module.
Select Static Data from the left hand menu
Select CT Messages from the tabs displayed at the top of the window.
The CT messages window will be displayed. Any CallTaker messages that have already been created will also be displayed.
Click on the grey cell to the left of the message you wish to delete, the row will be highlighted.
Press the ‘Delete’ key on your keyboard and selected record will be removed from the screen.
Repeat as necessary.
Once you have removed the message records, click on the ‘Save’ button to store your changes.
