Deleting HR List Questions

Open the Administration application.

Select the Static Data tab on the left of the window.

Select the HR Lists tab displayed at the top of the window.

The HR List window will be displayed. Any existing HR List will be listed on the left of the window.

Select the HR Question that you wish to delete from the left hand window and click delete.

The question will be removed (but not actually deleted) immediately without confirmation.

 

Unticking the "Hide Deleted" option on the right of the screen will reveal deleted questions in the window on the left.

Any deleted question can be activated again by selecting it in the left hand window and clicking the "Re-enable" button.

Once complete the deleted question and answer choices will again be presented in the Employee Details HR tab.
