Select the Qualifications tab. The application will display the Qualifications window.

The list on the right of the window displays all of the qualifications set up in the application that are not attached to the employee.

To attach a qualification to the employee, select the qualification from the list displayed on the right of the window and click the Add button.

The selected qualification will now be displayed in a table on the left of the window and will be removed from the box on the right of the window.

If you have selected a qualification in error, select it in the box on the left of the window by clicking on the ‘Select’ button and click on the ‘Delete’ button.

The selected qualification will move from the table on the left of the window to the list on the right of the window.

To add start and expiry dates to a selected qualification, click on the ‘Select’ button displayed on the right of the selected qualification.

Enter the start date and the end date for the qualification.

Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the data. The dates will now be displayed in the table on the left of the window.
