Once a CT message has been created in administration employees can activate, or log, these messages by telephoning the CallTaker as they would when booking on, off duty or making check calls.
The syntax they would use is as follows:
Call the CallTaker and by means of the telephone keypad enter:- PIN*MIN [Their PIN number – star – the message number]
The resulting message will be recorded as determined by the settings you have assigned to the message that's been activated.
