If you have set a reminder against an incident, the Active Incident counter will display the incident summary and an audible alarm will sound.
A different sound is used for priority 1 messages to other messages. These sounds differ from the normal WorkMonitor alarm sounds.

If reminders have been set for the same time for messages of different priorities, they will be displayed in priority order, priority 1 first, and the appropriate alarm will sound.
To action the incident, click on the Active Incident field, the View Incidents window will be displayed with the details of the incident displayed.

Enter details of the action taken or required in the field above the ‘Add Response’ button. If the incident still needs to be monitored, enter the reminder period using the fields in the bottom left of the window. You can set a reminder for a fixed number of minutes or a specific time. If there is no further action to be taken, tick the ‘or No Reminder’ box by clicking on it.
Click on the ‘Close’ button to close the window and return to WorkMonitor.
If there are any other incidents that require action at the same time, the description of the next incident will be displayed.
