Incidents

The incident system within PeopleHours™ allows users to record and manage an incident log.

 

Incidents can be logged against either Locations, Employees, Specific Calls due or nothing and can have reminders set to cause alarms if they fall overdue.

 

The incident log can also be used to send custom messages or incident details via SMS or E-mail to recipients using the various message options within PeopleHours™.
