This option is used to set up and maintain the branches - operational locations - within your company/database.

Branches can be used to create different organisational units by region, service type, a managers portfolio etc.

Using separate branches as organisational units allows for easy separation when reporting or assigning security permissions to system users.

The branch screen contains the controls for the following additional functions and services:

Schedule Locking in Branches        -        Allowing you to lock duties from being changed.

Configure Email Settings                -        Allows you to define your own company email server details.

Branch Contacts                        -        Allows you to maintain an Contact list of persons connected to the branch.

Branch Company Logo                -        Upload a logo to be used by reports and the TelMe digital ID card.
