Removing a Report from a Role

Select the role you wish to remove report access from by clicking on the name in list on the left of the window.

The window will now display details of the reports that the role cannot run in the list in the center of the screen and details of the reports that the user can run in the list on the left of the screen.

Select the report to be removed from the role by clicking on the entry on the list on the right of the screen.

Click on the ‘Delete’ button. The selected entry will be removed from the list on the right of the screen and added to the list displayed in the center of the window.

Repeat as required.
