Schedule Data: By Location – Selecting Cells
The method of selecting cells / events uses standard windows selection techniques.
To select a single cell / event, click on the required cell using the mouse and the cell will be highlighted.
To select several cells / events that are displayed, click on the first cell, hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key on the keyboard and then click on each of the cells / events that you wish to change.
The selected cells will be highlighted.
To select a continuous range of cells:
Select the first cell, hold down the ‘Shift’ key on the keyboard and then click on the last cell of the range required. All of the cells between the selected cells will be highlighted.
Click on the first cell, hold the left mouse button down and drag the pointer to include of the required cells.
