This option is used to apply a Password Configuration policy for all user accounts.

 

Administrators can define the following options:-

 

•The minimum character length of the password

•The number of special characters that must be included in the password

•If maximum password age is to be enforced and if so after how long.

•Password retention (enforce password history) forces users to select a new password that hasn't been previously used.
