This option is used to determine the reports that can be viewed for each role.
Select the Security tab on the left of the window, and then click on the reports tab at the top of the window.
The reports window will now be displayed.
The box on the left of the window will display all of the roles currently set up in the database.
The box in the middle of the window will display details of all of the reports set up in the application that the selected role cannot run.
The box on the right of the window will display a list of reports that the selected role can run.
