The Reasons window is used to set up the reasons that will be applied to functions performed within the application.

The structure of the Reasons window is explained below:

The list in the top left of the main window displays all of the sources i.e. applications within the PeopleHours™ application where event transaction can be carried out.

The list to the bottom left of the main window displays the actions that can occur within the PeopleHours™ application when working with events.

The list in the middle of the screen displays the reasons that have been assigned to the selected Source/Action combination.

The list on the right of the main window displays all of the reason codes set up in the application. This list is user-configurable.
