Customers can enable or disable TelMe functionality by individual branch and choose which options to make available.
Once TelMe is enabled enabled by Gallinet you can activate or deactivate TelMe functions by individual branch from within the PeopleHours™ main administration menu and the TelMe tab.
Once the specific branch has been selected from the list on the left the TelMe options are displayed and can be ticked or un-ticked as required.
Note that options TelMe options are only displayed where TelMe is active.
Clients can also save Web Links to external resources and these will be displayed within the app for the employee.

If selected the TelMe service is activated for the selected branch. |
TelMe Schedule View Range |
Allows restrictions to be applied on how far in advance (pre) and historically (post) duties will be displayed to the employee within the TelMe app. |
Show Pay Rates |
If selected the show pay rates function TelMe app will be available to employees |
If selected employees logging on via TelMe will be forced to use a complex password at log on in addition to their PIN number. |

Show Holiday Detail |
If selected allows employees to see their holiday details as recorded in PeopleHours. |
Uniform Info Update |
If selected allows employees to amend their uniform size records. |
View ID Card |
If selected allows employees to display a live ID Card within the TelMe app. |
Enable Duress Call |
If selected enables the duress alarm functions for employees. |
Update Duty Confirmation Status |
If selected allows employees to mark individual duties as confirmed from within the TelMe app. |
TelMe Duty Active |
If selected allows the employee to use the Duty functions within the TelMe app. |
TelMe Duty Incident Reporting enabled |
If selected allows employees to submit incident reports from within the app. |
Take Calls Post Window |
If selected allows employees to record calls that are late / after the post time window. |
TelMe AI Read Confirm Enabled |
If selected will prompt employees to confirm AI's have been read on book on. |
Patrol Active |
If selected enabled the Patrol functions within the app |
Patrol Learn Mode Active |
If selected allow the patrol learn mode to be used. |
Supervisor Module |
If selected activates the Supervisor functions for the selected branch |
Supervisor: Lookup Employee |
If selected allows a Supervisor to look up employee details. |
Supervisor: Extended Lookup Employee |
If selected allows a Supervisor to look up extended employee details. |
Supervisor: Lookup Location |
If selected allows a Supervisor to look up location details. |
Supervisor: Extended Lookup Location |
If selected allows a Supervisor to look up Extended location details. |
Supervisor WorkMonitor |
If selected activates the Supervisor WorkMonitor functions for the selected branch |
Supervisor WorkMonitor Take Calls |
If selected activates the Supervisor WorkMonitor functions and allows Supervisors to take calls for the selected branch |
Manager Module |
If selected makes the manager module within the app available. |
Manager: Lookup Employee |
If selected allows a Manager to look up and edit employee details. |
