The PeopleHours™ reporting system includes two reports relating to the TelMe functionality and can be accessed from the Reporting Suite from the feature drop down list at the top left of the screen and then selecting Reports from the pop-up menu displayed.
The "TelMe Activity report" details all employees’ access to the TelMe function during the date range selected.
Information captured is detailed by Branch with the User Name, User Password (PIN), Logon time and date, if the logon was successful and the IP address from where access originated.
The "TelMe Usage Statistics by Branch" report provides a summary of employee TelMe usage with the number of employees logging on during the date range selected.
