Viewing Active Incidents in WorkMonitor
If there are active incidents, this will be indicated by the Active Incident counter displaying the number of active incidents.
An active incident is an incident which has a reminder set.
To view the active incidents, click on the Active Incident counter, the View Incidents window will be displayed.
If there is more than one active incident, you can view and select the incident you wish to view or action by clicking on the drop down button in the top left of the window and selecting the required entry.
These entries will be displayed in priority and time order.
Enter details of the action taken or required in the field above the ‘Add Response’ button.
If the incident still needs to be monitored, enter the reminder period using the fields in the bottom left of the window.
You can set a reminder for a fixed number of minutes or a specific time. If there is no further action to be taken, tick the ‘or No Reminder’ box by clicking on it.
Click on the ‘Close’ button to close the window and return to WorkMonitor.
If there are any other incidents that require action at the same time, the description of the next incident will be displayed.
