TelMe unloading / Repeated requirement to log in
Users who have installed 3rd party apps on their device that are designed to optimise, boost or free memory such as Clean Sweep or Security 360 may find that these services unload the TelMe app. As a result you may not be alerted to calls due and when loading the app again you may be required to log on. In some cases you will have to fully unload the app yourself to allow a log on request to be accepted again.
To prevent TelMe from being unloaded : most of these cleaner type apps include the ability to register various apps to be excluded from the cleaning or boost process and you should add TelMe and it's associated service to a safe or exclude list.
