At the initial log on page you are prompted to enter your company name, user name and PIN number. Your username will be your name as recorded on your employers PeopleHours™ database, usually in the following format: - firstname lastname. (User names are not case sensitive)

Your PIN number is the same number you use to book on and off duty. You should not share this number with other employees or they will be able to view your schedule information as well as any messages you may have pending or saved.

Your employer may have also optionally specified that a complex unique password is also used, you will be requested to provide this if the option has been enabled.

Once logged in successfully the main screen will be displayed with any pending messages being listed in the lower window. From this screen the following menu options are available:

Employee

Used by employees - view schedule, holiday entitlement, messages.

Duty

Used by employees to view next or current duty details, location address, duty times, check call requirements, view assignment instructions etc.

Location Patrol

This section will contain controls and functions for on-site staff to record their location patrol activities.

Supervisor

This section will contain controls and functions for company Supervisors.

Manager

This section will contain controls and functions for company managers.

Settings

This section contains options that control the apps behaviour.
