Simple operation and complete user flexibility
Its usage is designed to be quick simple and unobtrusive to your working day.

• To set an action-point the user sends an sms text message with time and location: - "1830 High st, New Town"
• The action-point set the user can cancel it by simply sending an sms saying: - "cancel"
• Existing action-points can be extended by just sending the time time alone: - "1900"
• With the action-point set the user will receive a request to confirm their status at 1900 hrs if not canceled or extended.
• Failure to respond to this status request will result in one or more user defined buddies receiving the sms message: -
  • "User Jane Smith, status unknown, 1900, High St, New Town, 07970-000 000"
