Teamwork is at the heart of our success. Our staff posses many years of experience in the industries we serve and most have worked together for over 10 years, many now exceeding 20.

Despite the considerable experience possessed by our staff training is continuous and varied for each member of each department.
All Controllers are employed on a rolling roster involving day, night and weekend duties and they work on all contracts and deal with all clients and their assignments and staff ensuring that no individual controllers become experts on some services but less knowledgeable of others.
Training sessions are conducted each Monday to include examinations of the past weeks incidents managed for our clients. These sessions are conducted one to one with duty controllers and include reviewing call recordings and incident reports filed for clients in addition to rehearsing business continuity routines such as back-up generator deployment or switching failed services (broadband, voice comm's etc) to stand-by systems.
Marcus Kerr - 27 years industry experience in both front line and director level provision of security service delivery. Previously a founding director of a highly successful national manned guarding company. Marcus has experience in many aspects of the industry including personal responsibility for the companies control room facility and a high security safety deposit center. A keen believer in the use of technology solutions, where appropriate, Marcus was RCS's 3rd customer back in 1995 when ordering the RotaMaster system and continues to apply the very latest and most cost efficient solutions to both his own business and those of his clients.
Karen Reeves - 23 years experience in managing all financial aspects of a national security company. Karen applies her knowledge to both Gallinet and the pay and billing requirements of its clients. Karen is a key source of knowledge and advice for the developers of our PeopleHours™ scheduling system.
Kevin Harrap manages the duty controllers, most whom gained their knowledge of control room and industry procedures through direct employment within manned guarding companies. Indeed many of the control room staff benefit from nearly 2 decades of direct employment as a team working for Marcus and Karen previously. No team has seen it all, but these chaps come as close as you can possibly get.
Legacy knowledge and Continued Development.
David Cottee is responsible for all technical aspects of Gallinet's services, technology and of course this includes our PeopleHours scheduling system. David has been responsible for one of the largest national security providers control room and draws on this experience whilst managing the software support and development staff and continues to take the application forward.
