TimeCap, a touch screen clocking on system

With TimeCap™ employees can book on and off using a touch screen terminal, PC connected to the Internet, PDA or a mobile phone. Depending on your security requirements, this can be also be linked to card readers or biometric devices such as a fingerprint recognition or photo ID, all of which will confirm the employee's identification.

The employee can be pre-scheduled, but if not the system will still allow the employee to book on, book off, and record breaks. When the employee books off at the end of the shift, an accurate electronic time sheet is automatically created ready for payroll.

Information can be viewed using the WorkMonitor function which displays, in real time, employees who have booked on or are late for work. Designated supervisors can then take the appropriate action.

Visitor Recording Facility

Our visitor recording module has been developed in conjunction with our customers in the health care industry to electronically record visitor numbers as they arrive and leave your premises. The system produces an instant print out of the number of visitors and staff on the premises and every time someone leaves or arrives the numbers are adjusted and a new print out is automatically produced.
