Within the Vetting module in PeopleVet you are able to merge/combine PDF Documents by selecting on any Active Employee in Vetting Data:Documents.

Then select the ‘Merge Document’ button as highlighted below.

This will open a new box which will allow you to select the PDF Documents you wish to merge into a single file.

This will send an email to the relevant recipient.

Once you have selected the documents you would like to merge you should then enter a valid email address and then press ‘OK.’

Please note: The total maximum file size limit you are allowed to merge for PDF’s is up to 20MB.
