Schedule Data: Quick Create

The quick create function allows the user to create scheduled duties in a post with the minimum mouse clicks applying the default settings for the post.

Note: Many options are bypassed by using this option, such as Broadcast, Save & Notify etc

On the Schedule Screen select one or more cells and click the Quick Create button.

The Quick Create selection window will appear as a pop-up and an employee pick list will be presented.

The selection Branch can be changed using the drop down selector.

The employee list can be toggled to include in-Active employees or you can tick the Unallocated option to create the duty without assigning an employee.

The comments field can be used to add text to be recorded against the duty.

 

 

 

On clicking the save button the duties will be created.

All usual duty checks are made and there if are any failures or overidable check failures they will be displayed.
