Employees have three options with regards to their username to access the TelMe function.

The service will accept the following data as a valid username by employee: -

•ShortName

oas entered in the employees ShortName field

•firstname secondname

oa combination of the firstname and secondname fields

•mobile telephone number

oThe employees mobile telephone number (Non international format)
