The Finish function marks events as finished where the events are not being monitored by WorkMonitor for example.

You can also finish an event before its start date to prevent alarms from being generated in WorkMonitor or from notifications being sent.

Duties are marked as finished automatically where an officer books off duty using CallTaker or an off call is taken in WorkMonitor.

To use the function, select the event or events to be marked as finished.

Click on the ‘Finish’ button. The status of the event will be changed to finished and will be displayed underlined.

NB	A reason code will need to be set up in Administration: Reasons against Scheduling Source, Finish action in order to use this function.

Duties can also be finished from within the WorkMonitor screen.
