On pressing the Location Lookup option the screen will display a blank page.

An individual location record can be found by entering a search.

As characters are entered the list will adjust to include locations that would match the search.

 

On selecting a record the locations details as recorded in PeopleHours are presented.

The information presented is read only in Supervisor Mode. To make changes to the data Location Lookup should be used in Manager Mode.

 

Note:

Pressing the location photo will enlarge the image.

Pressing active fields such as telephone numbers, email addresses and post codes will open your devices default applications such as mapping or email.
