Pressing the Web Links button will open the following screen:

 

Your employer can customise this section to provide links to web pages, images, on line forms or any other internet connected resource.

If your employer has provided links to internet resources they will cause your device to use it's default application depending on the resource linked, web page, Word or PDF document etc.
